    Don't let the shabby exterior full you . The focus here is the food, not the ambiance. The building is small and the interior plain and pleasantly simple. This unpretentious restaurant keeps it simple by offering authentic and delicious Mexican fare & easy counter ordering.

    A sign claimed they offered the best enchiladas in town so I had to find out for myself. I ordered up one beef enchilada & one guisado taco with a water. Both dishes were awesome . They tasted like someone's sweet abuela made it . The flavors were amazing ! They offered two salsas , green & red , one with a little more heat than the other . I gobbled them down quickly and felt full and satisfied. The experience cost me $5.

    The fast service, reasonable prices and quality of food made me understand what keeps the locals coming back to this little gem . I will definitely be back on my next visit to San Antonio .

    OMG this place is so freaking good. Here is the story, a week before Fiesta my daughter wanted a gordita, but the taco truck, fiesta tent type not the restaurant chain ones. Quick review search on Yelp, we saw them on the menu.  

    Literally there are 3 grandmas in the kitchen making these from scratch, a d its ridiculous on how good they are, can't wait to go back for the enchilada.  Super small seating, very little parking, looks like you'll get tetanus so you know uts a secret place. Hit them up and bring a friend!

    The best enchiladas in town is an understatement!! They have the best everything in town. From the delicious enchiladas & the authentic tacos to many more to choose from on their menu. You will feel like you're at home always. The owner of this restaurant is very friendly and considerate of her customers. It is so nice. The flavors are consistent and the best. There is lots of parking.

    BEST ENCHILADAS IN SAN ANTONIO. I'm willing to debate this with anyone who has the energy. I've been going here for years and they have always been consistent. You'll never be disappointed with this place. I get the beef enchilada plate with a carne guisada  to go. The "regular" (that's what they call it) salsa is good enough to eat with a spoon. I smother my food in it. It's a small little place but the same ladies have been working there for years, you can taste the food is made with love!

    Fast, Friendly and as authentic as it gets
    Homemade flour tortillas were perfect.  Will bring my wife back soon
